Gurgaon: In a shocking incident, a man was allegedly dragged for nearly 500 meters after being hit by a car from the accident spot in Old Delhi Road in Gurgaon.

Police sources said the incident took place on March 28 when Prateek Kumar and his three-year-old son were on way to one of his uncle's residence in the evening.

"A black-coloured Honda City car hit his vehicle from behind and he got in to an argument with the 'errant driver' over compensation," he said.

In his complaint, Kumar said, "Initially, the accused driver tried to convince me that it was not intentional and try to flee. I followed the accused for one kilometer in my car and tried to stop him. I managed to intercept him and came out of my car. Then I was hit by the other vehicle 'intentionally'. I fell on the bonnet of his car (Honda City). Suddenly, he pushed the accelerator and Instead of applying brakes, he dragged me to half kilometers".

The entire incident was captured in a CCTV and so far no one has been arrested in this connection.
