The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released 10th and 12th results on May 13. The CBSE Board Topper List has not been released this year. As per reports, this decision was taken to stop unhealthy competition. But all the schools have released the names of their respective toppers. According to reports, this year Sabyasachi Laskar of Kolkata has topped CBSE 10th.
CBSE 10th national topper in 2024 Sabyasachi Laskar is from Kolkata’s BDM International. He has secured full 100 per cent marks, scoring a perfect 500 out of 500 marks, in the CBSE board exam class 10th.
In a recent interview, Sabyasachi shared his study strategy. He said that he had focused a lot on time management. Completing the paper on time for the board examination is no less than a challenge. There has been a lot of change in the CBSE board exam pattern over time. Now the questions are becoming more detailed. For this, time management was an important aspect for his. Apart from this, continuous study, revision, and regular practice also helped him a lot, the national topper added.
Sabyasachi Laskar also talked about his plans in this interview. He wants to get into an IIT after passing the JEE Advanced exam in 12th grade. His entire focus is now on cracking JEE Advanced. After higher studies, he wants to do research in the fields of math and physics.
He also shared that, along with studies, students must have some hobbies that will help them refresh their minds. He likes painting. This helps him to keep his mind calm and focused.

According to reports, this year, 22,51,812 students registered for the CBSE 10th examination. Out of them, 22,38,827 had taken the exam, and 20,95,467 students passed. The overall pass percentage of CBSE 10th has been recorded at 93.60 percent.
