Additional District and Sessions Juge Lukmanulhaq also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on the convict Ravinder Kumar on Monday.
The chairman of Shamli Cane Society Dharmender Nirwal was shot dead in his office in Shamli on July 22, 2012.
