Mumbai:: A special CBI court on Tuesday reserved its order till November 17 on an agency's petition seeking custody of Monica Bedi, girlfriend of underworld don Abu Salem.
Meanwhile, Bedi met her lawyer after the court hearing on Tuesday.
She expressed that she wants to meet her parents.
Her brother will visit her on Wednesday and her parents on Thursday.
This is what Bedia lawyer Ashok Sarogi told IBN, ?My arguments were that no case has been made out for grand of police custody . Even if we take the case as it is the entire case is based on documentsa and therefore, here police custody is not required. And otherwise also they have already filed the chargesheet.?
