HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu has reiterated that their party had made its stand on Telangana clear at the Mahanadu in May. Now the onus lies with the Centre to take a decision.Speaking to newsmen here on Friday, the TDP supremo said: "Centre has to take a decision on Telangana issue.The Congress is in the power at the Centre and it alone has the authority and the responsibility.'' Naidu was reacting to Union home minister P Chidambaram's statement that the TDP too should come out with a clear stand on the statehood issue."It is not proper for the Congress to shift the blame on us.
