Person with 2 passports nabbed

HYDERABAD: A person, who was in possession of two passports, was on Thursday nabbed by the police.On information, the North Zone Task Force sleuths raided a house at Baidawadi in Begum Bazar area and nabbed Mohammed Nayeem, who was in possession of two passports with the same photograph.One of the passports, wi th the number X729572, is in the name of Mohammed Nayeem and the other, G9323572, in the name of Mohammed Nadeem. Both passports were issued by the regional passport office, Hyderabad.According to police, Nayeem obtained an Indian passport from the RPO, Hyderabad in 1986 and went to Riyadh to work as a helper. In 1996, he was sent back to the country on exit visa following differences with his employer."Once an exit stamp is fixed on a passport, the person cannot go to the same country again.Nayeem decided to obtain another passport on another name. He obtained a ration card in the name of Nadeem and obtained the passport with the same address,'' a Task Force release said.In 1997, he again went to Riyadh and came to the country in April this year. On information, Nayeem was arrested and handed over to the Shahinayathgunj police for further action.
