Rahul Gandhi to hold rallies in UP, Bihar tomorrow

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will on Wednesday address two election rallies in Uttar Pradesh and one in Bihar, his office said on Tuesday.

Gandhi will address his first rally at Kishanganj constituency in Bihar followed by rallies in Unnao and Banda in Uttar Pradesh.
