Setty advance bail plea adjourned

BANGALORE: The Karnataka HC on Friday adjourned the hearing on the anticipatory bail plea filed by former minister Krishnaiah Setty in private complaint number 2.On November 18, Justice H Billappa directed Lokayukta police to file their  objections to the bail application by Setty. On Friday, as he was sitting in a division bench, the judge adjourned the matter till December 2 for further hearing.Setty is an accused in private complaint number 2, relating to denotification of lands at Rachenahalli, Uttarahalli and Agara village, filed by advocate Sirajin Basha in Lokayuktha court.
