KARIMNGAR: CPI general secretary AB Bardhan on Wednesday made it clear that there were no major differences between the CPI and the CPM.He said that both the Left parties follow the ideologies and strategies of Leninism and Marxism and work with a common agenda to fight against the anti-people policies of the government. He brushed off the rift between the two Left parties as just a media creation but, however, added that small differences on issues should not be taken seriously.‘’Marxism and Leninism continue to be the core of the party’s ideology, which will be adapted in the light of the country’s history and its present socio-political situation,” he said.Addressing the delegates at the 24th state conference of the CPI here on the second day on Wednesday, Bardhan objected to the belief that only capitalism would prevail in the world. He said capitalist countries were witnessing economic crisis.“Capitalism is doomed.People are vexed with capitalism and are revolting against their governments in the world where Egypt and London riots are recent examples,” he said.He said socialism is the only alternative to economic and financial crisis facing the India,’’ he said.To achieve the goals, Bardhan called upon the delegates to strive for strengthening the party and fight against anti-people polices
