Shahid Kapoor Shows Off His Ripped Body In A Glimpse Of His 'Lazy Morning'

There’s no one who doesn’t like a lazy start to their day, and Shahid Kapoor is echoing the same sentiment. On Tuesday, the actor, who often shares sneak peeks from his day-to-day life on social media, posted a selfie on his Instagram Stories from his home, giving a glimpse of a relaxed morning. In the picture, he is dressed casually in a greyish vest, which even shows off his bearded look.

The picture also showcased the Jab We Met actor’s ripped physique, where he was flaunting his toned biceps. Sharing it, he wrote, “Lazy mornings…Precious.” The same image also gave a slight glimpse of the actor’s lavish home.

In other news, Shahid is once again collaborating with director Vishal Bhardwaj for an upcoming film, with Triptii Dimri as the female lead. According to latest reports, the 43-year-old actor has rigorously started prepping to play gangster Hussain Ustara. A Mid-Day report suggested that Shahid is undergoing intensive combat training to prepare for the action sequences in his upcoming political thriller inspired by the real-life figure Hussain Ustara. “The gangster was a layered personality, defined by his ruthless exterior but driven by personal codes of loyalty and honour,” the media portal quoted a source as saying.

Meanwhile, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment announced the film through an Instagram post. Sharing a collage on IG, Nadiadwala Grandsons wrote, “I’m thrilled to join forces with the genius director, my dear friend @vishalrbhardwaj, and the phenomenal powerhouse @shahidkapoor! It’s an honour to welcome the incredibly gifted @tripti_dimri to the #NGEFamily!”

In terms of his work, Shahid was last seen in the film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, starring alongside Kriti Sanon. He will be next seen in Deva, scheduled to be released in February 2025.

Apart from being an impeccable actor, Shahid is also a doting husband and loving father. He often posts pictures on his social media handles with his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, and children, Misha and Zain. On his wife’s birthday recently, Shahid shared a heartfelt post for her.
