'The Fault In Our Stars' tweet review: The movie deserves applause for staying faithful to the book
Josh Boone's much-talked about film 'The Fault in Our Stars' is based on the novel by the same name by John Green.

New Delhi: Literary works have often been used as reference point, source material for films. While many think directing a film based on a popular book is the easiest and also the most reliable way to strike a chord with the audience, not all books adapted into films have managed to leave a lasting impact.

Josh Boone's much-talked about film' The Fault in Our Stars' is based on the novel by the same name by John Green, and features Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, and Nat Wolff in key roles. The film revolves around Hazel Grace Lancaster (Shailene Woodley), a sixteen-year-old cancer patient who is compelled by her parents to take part in a support group, where she consequently meets and falls for Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort).

Since John Green's 'The Fault in Our Stars' was a best-seller, expectations are obviously high from the film. Will the film impress those who have already read the original work? Will the film prove to better and help the book gain more acclaim? Divya Pal from IBNLive is inside the theater to live tweet the experience.
