Two persons died on the spot on Mysore-T Narasipur Road near Duddagere village in a head on collision between a private bus heading towards T Narasipur from Mysore and a Toyota Qualis SUV.The deceased have been identified as Raghavendra (35), son of Ramanna, a cloth merchant from Malavalli and Siddegowda (55), native of Mahadevapura in Srirangapatna taluk. They were travelling in an SUV to their native place after attending a function in Siddaramannana Hundi in Mysore taluk.Three other persons sustained serious injuries and are being treated at KR Hospital in the city. Mysore south police have registered a case.Basavashetty (56), a native of Hosalli, died on the spot when an auto in which he was travelling turned turtle in KR Nagar.
