Karimnagar: A 40-year-old train ticket examiner (TTE) was allegedly attacked and pushed out of speeding Kerala Express in the district on Tuesday, police said.
The villagers spotted Vijaya Kumar lying along Jammikunta- Khazipet railway track at Bijigirisharif village and rushed him to a hospital in Warangal, where his condition is stated to be critical, they said.
According to the villagers, the TTE, a resident of Subedari in Warangal district, was beaten up by some unidentified persons on board the train before he was pushed out, the Government Railway Police sources said.
