New Delhi: Another celebratory firing incident has been reported in Uttar Pradesh, this time in the Bareilly district. A nine-year-old boy was killed in a celebratory firing, allegedly by the supporter of a newly elected civic body chairman.

This came even as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav ahd warned people against celebratory firing.
