New Delhi: Disgraced Celebrity Big Brother star Jade Goody – whose name has since become synonymous with bad, racist behaviour, has claimed the windows of her house were smashed on Monday night.
This, however could be another sympathy garnering move by Goody, who was evicted from the show because police deny being informed about the incident.
Goody appeared on Television Five's The Wright Stuff This Morning for her latest PR offensive, and once again made an effort to seek pity from the public for her racist behaviour towards Shilpa Shetty.
The 25-year-old told presenter Matthew Wright, who incidentally has the same agent as Goody, that she was living in "fear" and was worried for the "safety" of her children.
She also told Wright that she was thinking to visiting India after an invite from some "high-up people" whose names she didn't know.
The ousted star is currently living in a hotel while she recovers from the show.
Her two sons, Bobby, three, and Freddy, two, are staying with relatives and have not seen their mother since she went on the programme.
"Do I deserve to get my windows smashed? Do I deserve not to see my children?" Goody was quoted by news agency PTI as saying.
"What if they were in my house on Monday night when the windows got smashed? My two-year-old and three-year-old have got to go through that,” she added.
During the interview, Goody also explained why she couldn’t see her children.
She claims there are police guarding her house and the children can't go to her hotel because of people hanging around. But Essex police have denied attending a call or protecting her house.
