Assembly constituency no.95 Niwai (Newai ) (निवाई in Hindi), is an Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) seat in the Central region and Tonk district, of the state of Rajasthan, which is in the North West region of India (Bharat). In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Prashant Bairwa of INC won in this seat defeating Ram Sahay Verma of BJP by a margin of 43,889 which was 25.23% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 60.82% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Hira Lal of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Prashant of INC by a margin of 5,936 votes which was 3.83% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 43.05% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Kamal Bairwa of INC won this seat beating Satish Chandel of BJP by a margin of 2,438 votes which was 2.07% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 34.05% in the seat.
