In order to make this monsoon healthy, she shared the recipe of Kadha while thanking the Indian system of medicine, Ayurveda, which provides all the remedies for good health. “Kadha has a variety of purposes, especially during the monsoon season, despite the fact that its flavour isn’t particularly pleasant,” she added.
