The leading lady, who is busy promoting her upcoming film Rangoon co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, has been spinning the Bollywood game not just with her words, but with her outfits too. She recently made an appearance on Koffee With Karan and left the host tongue-tied with her sharp and witty comebacks. And when she's not playing around with her words, she's busy experimenting with her looks.
The entire promotion spree of Rangoon is witnessing Kangana opting for variety of outfits and varied designers - saris, separates, minis, maxis, formal suits and more.
Of all the looks she has been sporting so far, the most commendable ones, are her own quirky ways of reviving the saris. She takes the same old sari, but makes it look so fresh. Fashion label Pero's classic shades to Falguni and Shane Peacock's bling; it's good to see her bringing back the traditional yard with a twist.
Not just saris, the actress has kept in mind the theme and time period of her film, while choosing the ensembles.
Featuring Kangana as Bollyood's first original stunt-woman, the film is set during the era of World War II and the actress is staying true to her character during the promotions too. For one such outing, she chose a blue sheath outfit.
If on one day she's sporting a traditional attire, next day she turns up in a Self Potrait mini lace dress or a pair of Tommy X Gigi sporty separates.
The actress has also shown a certain inclination towards androgynous trends in her recent appearances. From formal two-piece suits to the old-school flared pants; Kangana knows how to have her way and pull off anything she decides to don.
