Ingredients:
250 grams Makhana
2 tablespoons Desi Ghee (clarified butter)
Red chilli powder (as per taste or 1/4 teaspoon)
Half teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds
Half teaspoon of Ground black pepper
Half a teaspoon Rock salt (or as per taste)
Pomegranate seeds for garnishing
Instructions:
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add desi ghee to the pan and let it heat up.
Once the ghee is slightly hot, add red chilli powder and ground black pepper to it. Stir well.
Add roasted cumin seeds and rock salt to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
