Abhishek Kumar Reveals Why He Failed To Take Pic With Alia Bhatt On Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania Set
Abhishek Kumar shared an anecdote about being a crowd artist on Alia Bhatt’s Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania during the grand finale of KKK 14.

Khatron Ke Khiladi (KKK)’s latest season will come to an end this weekend. Jigra co-stars Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina will be gracing the grand finale episode of the stunt-based reality show’s 14th edition as special guests. On Wednesday, Colors TV dropped another promo video of the grand finale episode on its social media channels, featuring a heartfelt anecdote narrated by one of the finalists, Abhishek Kumar.

The video opened with a glance at KKK 14’s five finalists: Abhishek Kumar, Gashmeer Mahajani, Karan Veer Mehra, Krishna Shroff and Shalin Bhanot. As the video progressed, Brahmastra’s song Kesariya played in the background while Alia walked onto the stage, surprising everyone. However, the Udaariyaan actor’s happiness knew no bounds when he saw the actress after opening his blindfold. Abhishek asked her if he could touch her to check if she was real or not.

The Bigg Boss 17 contestant then revealed that he worked as a crowd artist on Alia’s 2014 romcom Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, co-starring Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Shukla. Abhishek shared that he was in Zirakpur for 22 days, where they even shot the song Daingad Daingad. While he managed to get pictures with Varun and Sidharth, he failed to get one with Alia as her bodyguards did not let anyone go close to the actress.

Abhishek mentioned that he waited from morning until night to get a picture with Alia, but her bodyguards would say, “Arrey, nikal, nikal, nikal,” and he replied, “Ek din aisa aayega main Alia Bhatt ke saath film karunga,” leaving everyone in splits as he went on with his narration. After this, the KKK 14 finalist made a heartfelt confession to Alia, mentioning that he has always liked her and he would have flirted with her if she was unmarried. Abhishek then complimented the actress and said, “Ma’am, sachme aap bohot beautiful hai.” Alia, in a sweet gesture, took a few selfies with him, making up for the time when he couldn’t click a picture with her.

Abhishek Kumar shared the same pictures in a post on his Instagram. In the note accompanying the post, the KKK 14 finalist shared the same story where he couldn’t get a picture with Alia, highlighting how life has come full circle for him and even talking about the down-to-earth nature of the actress and his career growth.

In other news, a few days ago, Colors TV released another promo video in which Alia dedicated a song to him. Abhishek turned pale when her Jigra co-star Vedang Raina entered the stage, singing, “Phoolon ka taaron ka sab ka kehna hai, ek hazaaron mein meri behna hai.” While this left Abhishek extremely irritated, it caused a laughter riot amongst the audience present on KKK 14’s grand finale episode.
