Angry Donald Trump Lashes Out at The Apprentice, Calls Sebastian Stan Film 'Cheap, Defamatory, And...'
Donald Trump is not impressed with The Apprentice, a film inspired from the events his in life when he was trying to make it big in the real estate scene.

US Presidential candidate Donald Trump shared an angry post about the upcoming Hollywood film, The Apprentice. Directed by Ali Abbasi, the film stars Sebastian Stan as Trump and explores Trump’s rise in New York City’s real estate circle. His journey with his mentor, Roy Cohn is the central part of the film. However, the film also delves into Trump’s turbulant relationship with his first wife, Ivana. The film features a scene in which he allegedly pushed her to the ground and sexually abused her.

Taking to social media platform, Truth Social, Donald Trump called the film “fake and classless”. He added that he had a great relationship with Ivana until she died. He also described the film a ‘cheap, defamatory, and politically disgusting hatchet job’ before the US Elections. He added that he was not asked the permission to use his name.

He said that the film is an attempt “to try and hurt the Greatest Political Movement in the History of our Country, “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Addressing the claims about his relationship with Ivana, Trump said, “My former wife, Ivana, was a kind and wonderful person, and I had a great relationship with her until the day she died.”

“The writer of this pile of garbage, Gabe Sherman, a lowlife and talentless hack, who has long been widely discredited, knew that, but chose to ignore it,” he added.

“So sad that HUMAN SCUM, like the people involved in this hopefully unsuccessful enterprise, are allowed to say and do whatever they want in order to hurt a Political Movement, which is far bigger than any of us,” the former POTUS concluded his statement.

Director Ali Abbasi replied to Trump. He said, “Hi Mr. Trump is am [sic] available for further chat if you are free.”

The scene that Trump was referring to from The Apprentice was reportedly taken from the court deposition that Ivana made in 1990 during their divorce. However, she had denied the claims in 2015, when Trump first began his presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, The Apprentice is set to release in India this weekend.
