Ankit Gupta Almost CONFIRMS Dating Udaariyaan's Priyanka Chahar Choudhary; His Comment Goes Viral

Ankit Gupta has been grabbing headlines for his rumoured romance with his Udaariyaan co-star Priyanka Chahar Choudhary ever since they worked together in the popular Colors TV show. The duo further gained fame as a rumoured couple after they participated on Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss season 16 in 2022. While Priyanka had often expressed her feelings for Ankit on Bigg Boss 16, he always maintained that they are close friends.

However, Ankit seems to have confirmed his relationship with Priyanka for the first time. During a recent conversation with Telly Masala, Ankit addressed the speculations around his love life. There have also been rumours that he is dating his ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor’ co-star Rutuja Bagwe. However, he categorically denied them by saying that he has just shot a promo of his new show with Rutuja and doesn’t even have her number. He further said, “How can I be in a relationship with her (Rutuja) when I’m already in a relationship.” Now, fans are convinced that Ankit accidentally confirmed his relationship with Priyanka.

In a recent interview, Priyanka also spoke about her dynamics with Ankit and revealed their marriage plans. “Aapko kya lag raha hai dur se dekhne mein (What do you think looking at us from afar)? Hum toh bahut khush hai (We are very happy)! We are very happy,” Priyanka told Pinkvilla. “We motivate each other, we support each other… Toh yeh sab wahi jo friends ko karna chahiye wo poora sara humara support hai ek dusre ke sath (So, we both strongly support each other the way friends should).”

Priyanka continued, “And the best thing is Mumbai mein kyunki aapki family bhi nahi rehti hai, then you know ki koi hai who takes care of you ya jise main ek call kar sakti hun and he’ll be there (The best thing is to know that there is someone in Mumbai who takes care of you, who is just a call away, as our families don’t live with us).” She added, “So definitely it’s a beautiful bond, and main chahti hun ki ye rahe hamesha rahe (and I want it to remain the same forever).”

When asked about their wedding rumours, Priyanka said, “We laugh! The first thing we laugh. The second thing because we don’t even talk about it ‘marriage thing.’ I’m not thinking about it. Because abhi voh time hai ki hum dono apne career par focus kare (It is the time for us to focus on our careers). So, there is nothing for us to talk about. We are friends! We don’t even talk about it.”
