Jr NTR starrer Devara Part 1 trailer has finally been released. The film, which also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, has been creating a lot of buzz among the audience since its announcement. Well, the film is all set for its theatrical release on September 27. The film is directed by Koratala Siva and marks Jr NTR’s first release since his international blockbuster, RRR.
The trailer video opens with Jr NTR talking about his dream in which the sea colour has changed to red. As the video moves ahead we see the character being introduced. Saif Ali Khan is seen as a ruthless man and he is also a friend of Jr NTR. Janhvi Kapoor is playing the love interest role. Jr NTR double role is also seen in the video. The cast also includes Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain in other supporting roles.

Devara marks Jr NTR’s 30th film. The film will also feature Ramya Krishna. As per reports, Devara has done a major pre-release business in two Telugu states. According to reports, after the makers released the trailer for the film, it garnered immense appreciation among the viewers. Business has jumped into a range. According to reports, the total worldwide business of the movie has been locked at around Rs 180 crore. In Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), the theatrical rights of Devara are valued at approximately Rs 113 crore, including Rs 45 crore in Nizam and Rs 22 crore for the Ceded area. Outside AP-TG, the Karnataka business is valued at Rs 15 crore, followed by approximately Rs 16.50 crore in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by R Rathnavelu and editing by A Sreekar Prasad.
Earlier, it has been reported that the film is already breaking records in the US. As per reports, Jr NTR’s film has made history in North America, with over 32,000 tickets sold as of now. With this, it has become the fastest Indian film to hit the $1.2 million (over Rs 8 crore) milestone in pre-sales.
