Kartik Aaryan is currently isolating after testing positive for coronavirus. The actor doesn’t seem happy to be suffering alone, and wants restrictions on movements of other people too. Posting a selfie of himself as he recovers from Covid-19, the actor said since he is under lockdown, he wants night curfew for everyone else. The actor also drw attention to his glowing skin in the photo.
“Mera lockdown ho gaya. Tum sab ka night curfew toh ho (I’m under lockdown, you guys at least get a night curfew). #CovidSelfie #GlowingTvacha,” he wrote in the caption.
As fears of a second wave of coronavirus continue to loom over Maharashtra, the government has said that a night curfew would be imposed across the state starting from March 28 (Sunday). This decision was taken after the state recorded 35,952 coronavirus infections on Thursday, the highest one-day rise since the pandemic began. The state added over one lakh cases in four days.
Kartik said he has tested positive for COVID-19 on March 22 and asked his fans to pray for him. He took to Twitter and shared a picture of a first aid medical sign, writing, “I am positive. Pray for me.” The actor had walked the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra two days before testing positive. He was also shooting for “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2” with Kiara Advani and Tabu.
A number of Bollywood celebs have been infected by the coronavirus in the recent past, including Paresh Rawal, R Madhavan, Aamir Khan, Manoj Bajpayee and Satish Kaushik.
