Kartik Aaryan revealed that he told his parents about his dreams of becoming an actor after he auditioned for Pyaar Ka Punchnama. He made his Bollywood debut with this movie.

Kartik Aaryan is currently gearing up for the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The actor will be seen on Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 where he will promote his upcoming movie. Ahead of the episode, the makers dropped a promo video on their social media. In the video, Aaryan reveals how he told his parents that he wanted to be an actor after auditioning for Pyaar Ka Punchnama

The promo video of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 shows Kartik Aaryan recalling when he told his parents about his dream of becoming an actor. The actor revealed how he cleared the audition for Pyaar Ka Punchnama and then he told his parents that he wanted to be an actor. He said, “Mera pehli film, Pyaar Ka Punchnama, uska audition crack huya, tab maine mummy ko bataya, papa ko bataya ki mujhe actor banna hain (My first film, Pyaar Ka Punchnama, I cleared its audition and then I told my parents that I want to become an actor).”

Aaryan also revealed that his mother and aunt had accompanied him on the first day of the shoot. He said that his mother and aunt watched him perform a romantic scene at director Luv Ranjan’s office. He continued, “And do din baad hi, mummy aur mausi jo director hain, Luv sir, unke office mein baithi thi, aur wo audition dekh rahe thi baithke. Ek romantic scene main perform kar raha tha, aur wo laptop par dekh rahi thi – meri maasi aur mummy (After two days, my mom and aunt were sitting in director Luv sir’s office. I was shooting a romantic scene, and they were watching it on the laptop).”

The actor made his debut in Bollywood with Luv Ranjan’s Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011. After this hit, he was seen in lead roles in films such as Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi, Love Aaj Kal, and Satyaprem Ki Katha to name a few. His latest movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, is all set to release in theatres on November 1. He will share the screen with Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, and Madhuri Dixit in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy flick.
