The highly-anticipated film Sangharsh Yoddha Manoj Jarange Patil has been causing a stir for quite some time. It is based on Manoj Jarange Patil’s humanitarian activities. Viewers were eagerly awaiting more updates on the film. According to current reports, the film’s production has just wrapped. The film was earlier scheduled to release on April 26. But due to the code of conduct of the Lok Sabha elections, the release of the film was delayed. Now the makers have surprised the viewers and officially confirmed the release date. The film is now all set to hit theatres on June 14. Recently, Narayana Production, in collaboration with Makarand Deshpande, dropped a BTS video of his makeover for the film and confirmed the release date. “Whichever artist gives a personality a realisation, it automatically comes to life. A few days ago, the makers sparked fans’ curiosity regarding the film by unveiling a devotional track titled Jai Dev Jai Dev Jai Shivraya. The video of this track shows Rohan Patil, who will be playing the lead role, and the other devotees offering their prayers to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha empire. Adarsh Shinde has lent his vocals to the track, composed by the duo Chinar-Mahesh and the lyrics are penned by Mangesh Kangane.

Sangharsh Yoddha Manoj Jarange Patil has been mainly shot in Jalna, Maharashtra, and revolves around Manoj Jarange Patil, who has consistently worked in various social sectors within the Maratha community. The film is claimed to be about his lifelong struggle with the hotly debated topic of reservations.

The film is written and backed by Govardhan Doltade. Sudhir Nikam wrote the screenplay and dialogue. Shivaji Doltade directed the film, Sonai Film Creations backed the project.

The movie also features Sandeep Pathak, Sagar Karande, Arbaaz Sheikh, Mohan Joshi, Shrinivas Pokale, Sanjay Kulkarni, Surabhi Hande, Madhavi Juvekar, Vijay Mishra, Vineet Bhande, Sunil Godbole, Madhav Abhyankar, Somanath Avghade, Kishor Chaugule, and Siddheshwar Jhadbuke all play important parts in the film.
