Samantha Ruth Prabhu, on Wednesday night, shared a picture from Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation in Coimbatore. The actress called it her home away from home. She shared the photo a few hours after cabinet minister Konda Surekha’s shocking allegations involving BRS president KT Rama Rao and Samantha.
Samantha took to her Instagram last night to share a photo of a few bulls sitting on the ground. She captioned the image, “Home away from home.” Samantha also tagged Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation in the photo. Check it out here:
This came after Surekha recently claimed that Rama Rao was responsible for the split between Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, sparking a wave of controversy. According to Surekha, KTR’s alleged interference caused disturbances in the Akkineni family, which ultimately led to the high-profile divorce.
Konda Surekha claimed that KT Rama Rao demanded that Samantha be sent to him in exchange for sparing Nagarjuna Akkineni’s N-Convention Centre from demolition. According to Surekha, when Samantha refused, it led to her separation from Naga Chaitanya.
Responding to the claim, Samantha took to Instagram to issue a strongly-worded statement. “To be a woman, to come out and work, to survive in a glamorous industry where women are more often than not treated as props, to fall in love & to fall out of love, to still stand up and fight… It takes a lot of courage and strength,” she wrote.
Directly addressing Surekha, Samantha added, “Konda Surekha Garu, I am proud of what this journey turned me into—please don’t trivialise it. I hope you realise that your words carry significant weight as a minister. I implore you to be responsible and respectful of individuals’ privacy.”
Interestingly, Sadhguru is also in the middle of a controversy. The foundation in Thondamuthur, on Tuesday, saw 150 police personnel enter the premises for inquiry. This came a day after the Madras High Court sought a report on all criminal cases registered against the foundation. Isha Foundation called it “a general inquiry” and stated, “They are inquiring with residents and volunteers, understanding the lifestyle, understanding how they come in and stay, etc.”
