The makers of Rekhachithram, recently, dropped the second look of the film. Headlined by Asif Ali, the film has been making quite the buzz and increasing the hype of the fans with their social media updates. Now, the recent poster has further left everyone intrigued.
The brand-new poster of Rekhachithram was shared on Instagram by Asif Ali. The poster features Asif Ali in a police uniform, seated in a wooden chair with his legs propped up on the table. In the backdrop is a book with its pages open and elements of a film set like lights, cameras and camera reel. If you look carefully you will be able to spot Anaswara Rajan as well.
The caption read, “My next. Presenting the second-look poster of Rekhachithram.” The comment section was ecstatic. A user wrote, “Asif Ali, in a police uniform. This is amazing.” Another commented, “Thriller plus Asif Ali in a police role. Wow!” A fan mentioned, “Peak cinema loading.” “Eagerly awaiting the release of this film”, another wrote.
The film is touted to be a thriller and directed by Jofin T Chacko. Previously, he gained fame for directing Mammootty’s The Priest. The first-look poster of the film unveiled in August, also garnered much attention. Its poster showed Anaswara Rajan dressed as a nun. The makers have managed to create mystery with the poster reveal.
Rekhachithram is produced by Venu Kunnappilly under Kavya Film Company and Anne Mega Media. It is supposed to be a big-budget film. The film will mark the reunion of both the production houses. The story is written by Ramu Sunil and Jofin T Chacko, while the screenplay is written by John Manthrickal. The film also stars Manoj K Jayan, Bhama Arun, Siddique, Jagadish, Sai Kumar, Indrans, Sreekanth Murali, Nishanth Sagar, Premprakash, Harisree Ashokan, Sudhi Koppa, Megha Thomas and Serin Shihab. The shooting for the film was already completed in July.
