Shark Tank India pitcher has sent a legal notice to Sony Pictures Networks (SPN). Reportedly, a brand named Fit and Flex, which is a Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) startup has sent a notice to Sony Pictures accusing them of not fulfilling their “contractual obligations”.
As reported by Pinkvilla, the start-up has claimed that Sony Pictures is responsible for deactivating its social media accounts. It further alleged that Sony did not fulfil contractual obligations and failed to uphold their part of the agreement.
“Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, we have faced complete radio silence from Sony, augmenting our challenges and highlighting the lack of accountability,” Pathik Patel, Founder of Fit & Flex, said as quoted by the entertainment portal.
Fit and Flex is a snacking brand which featured on Shark Tank India season 3. During the pitch, Pathik asked for Rs 1 crore from Sharks in return for a 3% stake in their company. However, the brand failed to get any deal.
When Did Shark Tank India 3 Conclude?
Shark Tank India 3 concluded in March this year. Back then, Vineeta Singh took to her Instagram handle to share a lively video from the wrap-up party. She penned down an adorable note expressing gratitude to her fellow sharks. “@sharktank.india season 3 wrap up. So grateful for all that I learnt from the other sharks & dolphins in the tank. Shark Tank India 4 Coming Soon?
Recently, Anupam Mittal took to his Instagram handle to drop a big hint about the show’s season 4. Mittal, who is the founder and director of Shaadi.com, has been a ‘Shark’ on the show ever since its first season. He dropped a video which was a compilation of his fun moments from Shark Tank India. The clip also featured his fellow ‘sharks’ including Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh and Aman Gupta. In the caption of his post, Mittal shared that applications for Shark Tank India season 4 are likely to begin soon.
“Yeh duniya mittal di. Aur jald hi aapki bhi… coz a li’l told me S4 applications are starting very soon. Don’t miss your chance. (And soon yours will be too… because a little birdie told me S4 applications are starting very soon. Don’t miss your chance),” he wrote.
