Tusshar Kapoor just dropped a throwback clip from his European summer on Instagram, and it’s sparking quite a reaction! The video shows the Golmaal star cruising on the iconic Eurorail, the ultimate train that zips through 33 countries and a bunch of shipping lines. While the train journey looked fabulous, some fans aren’t too thrilled about the post. The caption read, “No matter what! Even the slick #eurorail doesn’t compare to the satisfaction of traveling in the gritty Mumbai local trains! East or west India is the best!”
The comments are buzzing with some spicy takes on the glamorisation of poverty by the elite. One reply to Tusshar Kapoor’s post took a jab, saying, “Because you don’t have to travel by them that’s why.” Another user chimed in with a cheeky remark: “When did u last take a local train in bombay with a Selfi!”
In May this year, Tusshar Kapoor opted for a practical solution to beat Mumbai’s notorious traffic by taking the local train. He boarded the Virar-Churchgate Railway in first class and documented his journey with a video. Sharing the video on Instagram, Tusshar wrote that it was the only way to overcome the ghastly Mumbai traffic while returning from a shoot on the outskirts of the city. In the video, he wore a mask, which he momentarily removed to capture the moment. He captioned the video, “#aboutlastnight Agar Virar churchgate wali railway ki 1st class seat li hai toh ek selfie video toh banta hai! When there’s a will there’s a way to beat the ghastly traffic back from the shootlife on the outskirts of Mumbai #naigaonvasai #hellishjamm.”
Earlier, celebs like Kartik Aaryan, Sidharth Malhotra, Salman Khan and vidya Balan have taken the public transport to work around the Mumbai traffic.
