Shilpa Shetty Kundra never fails to amaze fans with her ever-appealing fashion sense. At 49, the Bollywood beauty is capable of giving the youngsters in the industry a run for their money with her fitness and stunning appearances. Recently, Shilpa Shetty visited Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s residence in Mumbai to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. Popular paparazzo Viral Bhayani shared a video on his Instagram page on Sunday, in which the Bollywood actress could be seen wearing a beautiful green and pink striped silk saree paired with a pink half-sleeved blouse, a perfect choice for ongoing festival season.
To accessorise her look for the event, Shilpa opted for an emerald-diamond choker and a stack of bangles. She kept her glam subtle with kohl-rimmed eyes, pink lipstick and a red bindi. The diva tied her hair into a sleek ponytail.

Apart from Shilpa, several other B-town celebrities were spotted arriving at Maharashtra CM’s residence, Varsha Bungalow. Among them were Sonakshi Sinha and her husband Zaheer Iqbal, Divya Khossla, Disha Patani, Ayush Sharma, Himesh Reshammiya and Mrunal Thakur.
Shilpa Shetty is known for her Ganpati celebrations. From welcoming Lord Ganesha with pomp and zeal to bidding him adieu, the actress’ celebrations have often caught the attention of her fans. Like every year, this year, Shilpa and Raj welcomed Ganpati to their home with much fervour. The actress took to her Instagram account to share some candid moments from her Ganpati celebrations. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “गणपति बप्पा मोरया, Opening our hearts and doors to welcome Bappa, Favorite time of the year.”
For this joyous occasion, the Bollywood actress wore a Johari skirt set from Punit Balana’s collection. Her outfit comprised an embroidered waistcoat, tissue skirt and dual-toned contrasting dupatta. On the day of Ganpati Visarjan, Shilpa twinned with her daughter, Samisha, in mustard yellow floral shararas and choli sets. The actress opted for earrings and adorned her well-tied braid with latkans.
In the video that she shared on her Instagram account, the entire family was seen offering prayers before bidding adieu to Lord Ganesha. Sharing the video, Shilpa wrote, “Never easy to say goodbye to our Gannu Raja. We bid him farewell with heavy hearts but full of gratitude and love. Can’t wait to welcome you next year. गणपती बाप्पा मोरया, पुढच्या वर्षी लवकर या|”
