Jr NTR’s banter with Alia Bhatt was appreciated by their fans when they were seen promoting RRR with Ram Charan. During a promotional event, the actor also teased Alia about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. He mentioned that she has ‘crazy video calls’ and phone calls with someone she’s in a ‘long distance relationship’ with. Based on Alia’s reaction, fans understood that he was talking about Ranbir Kapoor.
During an event, Karan Johar asked “Who is maximum on the phone?” The question was between Ram Charan and Jr NTR. However, Jr NTR mentioned Alia’s name. He quipped, “You have to include her in this because she had to handle her long-distance relationship.”
NTR Jr added, “She was on the phone. I don’t know what happened but she was on video call also.” He continued, “There is this crazy video call which used to happen…” He went on to enact how Alia used to be on video calls while sitting in a car. Alia then rushed to hush the actor and could not contain her laughter.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of Jigra. The teaser video opens with Alia Bhatt having a drink in a hotel and talking about her brother. She says that there is very little time and she has to do a lot. As the video proceeds, we see that Vedang Raina is arrested and Alia is trying to release him. She is brave as she faces goons and even fights with them. The video also gives us a glimpse of their old memories.
As for Jr NTR, he will soon be seen in Devara: Part 1 with Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. The film’s trailer was released today. The trailer shows Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan in a brutal avatar. The duo is ready to ride the high tides of the sea as they clash against each other. The makers promise a high-octane drama on the big screen. Devara: Part 1 is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. The film is directed by Koratala Siva and marks Jr NTR’s first release since his international blockbuster, RRR. This also marks Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor’s first Telugu film.
