Alia Bhatt celebrated the festival of lights with full fervour. She shared a lot of pictures on social media which immediately went viral. Well, today she was spotted in the city in black casuals. Alia was seen waving at the shutterbugs along with wishing them ‘Happy Diwali’. The video capturing the candid moment has gone viral.
Dressed in black casuals, Alia was seen standing at the gate of her car. She did not apply any makeup and simply tied her hair in as bun. She was seen waving at the paps and even wished them. The video was shared by Viral Bhayani. Alia on Sunday took to Instagram to share beautiful, loved-up photos with Ranbir. In the first picture of the carousel, Ranbir warmly kisses Alia on the cheeks; in the second, he places his arm around her shoulder, and she beams with a wide smile. The third photo features a traditional baby pink dupatta with her daughter Raha’s name embroidered on it. The fourth picture captures a beautiful moment with her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, and their beloved cat Edward.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani opposite Ranveer Singh. She is currently working on her upcoming movie titled Jigra. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film was announced in September this year.
Alia Bhatt always shares several behind-the-scenes photos from the Jigra film set. Recently, sharing the pictures, she wrote, “& we’re rolling .. day one of bringing our jigra to life.. stay tuned as we bring to you a piece of our hearts.. fingers, and toes crossed for the journey aheaddddddd .. love TEAM JIGRA.” The initial photo features Alia looking at a screen with “Jigra” written on it. Other pictures exhibited the actress preparing in the makeup room, and one of the images featured her sister, Shaheen Bhatt.
Alia announced the film with a video and wrote, “Presenting #Jigra, directed by the extremely talented @vasanbala and produced by @dharmamovies & @eternalsunshineproduction. From debuting in a Dharma production to now producing a film with them, in many ways, it feels like coming full circle from where I started. Every day is a different day… exciting, challenging (and a little scary)… not just as an actor but also as a producer as we bring this film to life, and I CANNOT wait to share more as we move forward.”
Jigra is scheduled to premiere in theaters on September 27, 2024.
