At Hema Malini’s 75th Birthday Party, Jackie Shroff Steals The Show

Veteran actor Jackie Shroff was spotted in a jovial mood at legendary diva Hema Malini’s 75th birthday bash. On Monday evening, the Ram Lakhan actor made an appearance carrying his signature potted plant. Not only did he distribute it to the paps but also urged them to nurture it carefully. Footage of the actor from the event that honoured the Dream Girl of Bollywood has gained significant traction on social media. Jackie chose an all-black formal look to attend the function, including a blazer suit, formal shoes, a scarf tied around his neck, and statement sunglasses. But what also stole the limelight was that he carried two other things besides a potted plant.

“The plant that I’ve given you, nurture it well,” says Jackie while interacting with the paps. The actor quickly adds, “Aur sun ye chawal hai, chawal, next time tere liye leke aaunga (This is rice. I’ll get it for you next time).” The seasoned star also carried a white box that looked like a gift for the birthday girl. Before walking out of the camera frame, Jackie Shroff flaunted his plant while striking a pose.

Jackie continued to make Paps laugh with his funny antics but did not forget to emphasize, “These are plants, keep it in your room. Keep it closer when you fall asleep.” Jackie also used his classic Bambaiya goodbye “Chal bhidu” before he signed off.
