Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s daughter Ira Khan is getting married to Nupur Shikhare. The preparations were going on in full swing. Today, the bride’s mother was spotted in casuals in the city. She was seen leaving the house in a denim look. Earlier, the groom-to-be with her mother was also spotted leaving the house.
In the video, shared by Voompla, we can see Reena Dutta wearing a denim outfit and sitting in the car. She did not pose for the camera. On Tuesday, the Haldi ceremony was organised and she was seen attending wearing a Maharashtrian-style saree. Ira Khan also shared the photos. Taking to his Instagram handle, Nupur also shared photos and wrote, “One more day of being your fiancée @khan.ira. I love you so much.” In the photos, we can see the groom to be wearing a red colour kurta with pajamas. Ira is wearing a red colour saree. They are seen eating traditional Maharashtrian food.

About the big day, a source told News18, “The Khan family is elated as they’re going to start the new year with a bang. Ira and Nupur will get married on January 3 at Bandra’s plush Taj Lands End hotel. Following that, there will be two reception parties that will take place – one in Delhi and the other in Jaipur – between January 6 and 10.”
We have also learnt that Aamir is particularly excited to get his daughter married and has personally been making calls to his friends and peers in B-town to grace the wedding and bless the couple. “Most actors aren’t in town due to the holiday season. But be assured that it’s going to be a star-studded affair. Those who won’t be able to make it to their big day will be a part of the reception in Jaipur,” added the source.
Nupur Shikhare made a romantic and memorable proposal to Ira Khan in September of the previous year. The proposal unfolded during a sports event where Nupur, seizing the moment, went down on one knee and presented Ira with a ring.
