Katrina Kaif spoke about the possibility of her character Zoya crossing paths with Deepika Padukone's Rubai in YRF's spy-verse.

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan’s much-awaited film Tiger 3 was finally released in theatres on Sunday, November 12. The grand Diwali release saw a massive opening and scenes from the film also went viral on social media. One of the most-talked-about aspects of the film was the cameos from Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan as Kabir. Recently, Katrina spoke about a possible collaboration with Deepika Padukone as Rubai.

In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Katrina was asked if there’s a chance of her character Zoya ever sharing the screen with Deepika’s character Rubai from the film Pathaan, considering that they’re a part of the same spy-verse and have both been Pakistani intelligence agents.

Katrina On A Possible Collaboration With Deepika

Katrina said, “I think everything now has to unfold slowly, so step-by-step let’s see where now all the different avenues – where the spy universe goes and where Adi (Aditya Chopra) takes it.”

Speaking about the integration of all of Yash Raj Films’ characters in the spy-verse and how they’re written, Katrina said, “But I think that’s the wonderful thing about creating all these characters is that each character, you know whether it Pathaan, whether its Kabir, whether its Tiger, Zoya, they all have got such incredible well-written characters that there’s so much you can do with them.”

“All these stories can be so exciting and they can all be interwoven and every character will add to the other story and that’s a really beautiful thing and it was a very visionary idea from Adi,” she added.
