The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru has released the examination schedule for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024. Students who have successfully registered for the exam can check the schedule on the official website at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The GATE 2024 exams will be conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11 next year. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering will be held in two sessions – Morning Session (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and Afternoon Session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). It is important to note that the GATE 2024 examination schedule is tentative and not final.
The admit card for the GATE 2024 exam is scheduled to be released on January 3, 2024. The official schedule of the GATE 2024 states that the Civil Engineering (CE) and Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) will be multi-session papers. The IISc Bengaluru will declare the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering result on March 16, 2024.

GATE 2024: Examination Schedule
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering will be administered as a Computer Based Test (CBT). The GATE 2024 will have 30 exam papers, with candidates able to select one or two of them from the permissible combinations. The GATE 2024 exam papers will be entirely in English and of the objective type. Also, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions are examples of question types.
The mock tests for GATE 2024 candidates have also been released by IISc Bengaluru. The mock tests will help candidates become familiar with the exam pattern and style.
