Chinese tech giant OnePlus recently announced that its latest OnePlus TV 40 Y1S will go on sale in India starting 14th April 2023. The latest OnePlus TV comes with OxygenPlay 2.0, Dolby audio, and HLG format support.
Priced at Rs 21,999, the new OnePlus TV Y Series 40 Y1S is set to be made available across major offline stores in India from April 14. For ‘Notify Me’ information, consumers can click on OnePlus, Amazon, and Flipkart.
The OnePlus TV 40 Y1S is coming in a 40-inch screen size. It comes with FHD resolution and supports HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG formats. The TV screen also supports the OnePlus Gamma Engine, which the company says is " better for colours, dynamic range and clarity".
The device is also equipped with a 20W speaker with Dolby Audio. The OnePlus TV 40 Y1S includes two full-range speakers with a total output of 20W. It has a 64-bit MediaTek MT9216 processor and packs 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. The TV runs on Android TV 11 OS with OxygenPlay 2.0.
It comes with a built-in Chromecast, Google Assistant, and Smart Manager with remote diagnosis and performance enhancement. There is also auto-low latency mode (ALLM) for gaming.
Users can also connect their smartphone to the OnePlus TV using the OnePlus Connect 2.0. They can also enjoy direct access to over 230 live channels as part of OxygenPlay 2.0.
Connectivity options on the new OnePlus TV include dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, two HDMI ports, two USB ports, and an Ethernet port. Other features include a Bluetooth remote with Netflix, Prime Video and Google Assistant hotkeys.
