2G spectrum scam: Court issues non-bailable warrant against Kanimozhi

New Delhi: A special court on Monday issued non-bailable warrant against DMK MP Kanimozhi for her non-appearance before it in the 2G spectrum scam.

Kanimozhi, along with the other accused in the corruption case walked out of jail on bail earlier this year on August 20.

The court was hearing final arguments in the case in which the CBI had alleged that there was a loss of Rs 30,984 crore to the exchequer in allocation of 122 licences for 2G spectrum which were scrapped by the Supreme Court on February 2, 2012.
