21. Bhander is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Bhind (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bhander falls in Datia district and Chambal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,70,443 voters in the seat, which includes 91,496 male voters, and 78,941 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Bhander recorded a voter turnout of 69.14%. In 2013 the turnout was 61.74%, and in 2008 it was 67.85%.
In 2013, Ghanshyam Pironiya of BJP won the seat by a margin of 7,651 votes (7.76%). Ghanshyam Pironiya secured 37.42% of the total votes polled.
