New Delhi: Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, the MLA from Luni who has been evading CBI questioning in Bhanwari Devi case turned up at the investigating agency's Jodhpur office on Monday.
The probe agency was seeking Malkhan Singh's arrest warrant as he failed to appear before the CBI for questioning for the past several days despite repeated summons.
The CBI also questioned former Rajasthan Minister Mahipal Maderna's wife Leela and two sons, daughter-in-law of Malkhan Singh in connection with the Bhanwari Devi missing case.
Osian MLA Maderna is under judicial custody.
The agency has questioned Singh's sons a few times to know the whereabouts of their father, who had sought exemption from questioning on heath grounds till last Friday by moving an application in the court, but he did not appear before the CBI team so far for another round of questioning.
Bhanwari, 36, posted as an auxiliary nurse at a sub-centre in Jaliwada village, is missing since September one.
