Congress has won the Mandalgarh and Alwar Assembly by-election in Rajasthan and is leading in the parliamentary seat of Ajmer. Meanwhile in Bengal, the Trinamool Congress won in both the Noapara assembly seat and Uluberia Parliamentary seats. These five constituencies went to polls on January 29.
