New Delhi: BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi was trailing in Krishna Nagar to AAP candidate SK Bagga.
After the completion of second round of counting, Bedi was trailing by a margin of 1065 votes to Bagga in the prestigious seat which has been a BJP bastion since 1993 with senior party leader Harsh Vardhan winning the seat five consecutive times.
The gap seems to widening with every round as Bedi was trailing by a margin of only 282 votes after the end of first round.
In the December 2013 polls, Vardhan had won the constituency by a margin of 43,150 votes. Vardhan got 69,222 votes (58.33 per cent) as against his nearest candidate Vinod Monga of Congress who managed to garner 26,072 votes (21.97 per cent).
