New Delhi: The National Herald case, in which Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have been named accused, will be taken up by Delhi High Court next week on August 5. The Congress party had sought an early hearing of the matter.
The court on Friday issued notice to BJP leader and petitioner in this case, Subramaniam Swamy to reply to the Congress high command's petition. Swamy has sought time to file a detailed report.
