Mumbai: A Mumbai court on Monday will hear a complaint against Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for his ISI comment made at one of his rallies in October. Rahul had alleged that Pakistan's ISI had been trying to recruit Muslim victims of the Muzaffarnagar riots that took place in August, 2013.
Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi had on last week responded to the Election Commission notice of violating the model code of conduct saying that he did not violate the model code of conduct.
