119. Narsingpur is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Hoshangabad Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Narsingpur falls in Narsingpur district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,11,452 voters in the seat, which includes 1,10,283 male voters, and 1,01,165 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Narsingpur recorded a voter turnout of 80.36%. In 2013 the turnout was 79.65%, and in 2008 it was 77.71%.

In 2013, Jalam Singh Patel (Munna Bhaiya) of BJP won the seat by a margin of 48,481 votes (30.87%). Jalam Singh Patel (Munna Bhaiya) secured 57.25% of the total votes polled.

INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 8,199 votes (6.78%), registering 36.45% of the total votes polled.
