Congress fought four Lok Sabha seats in the last elections.
Patna: The decision on seat sharing among Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJSP) in the state is yet be finalised, Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) President Anil Kumar Sharma said on Saturday.
Sharma said that he had discussed the seat sharing issue with party's Screening Committee Chairman Sushil Kumar Shinde and Bihar in-charge Iqbal Singh.
Congress, which fought four Lok Sabha seats in the last elections, is now demanding eight more seats from its allies-RJD and LJSP, Sharma said.
Stating that in 2004 polls Congress had won three out of four seats it contested, he said now the party's strength has increased.
