New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met his top ministers on Wednesday amidst the government trying to build consensus for proposed land bill but according to the government sources it is in no mood to call an all party meet on the issue. However, it may talk to parties separately.
Government sources said there are other constitutional provisions under which the land ordinance can be passed. Meanwhile after expressing reservations on Tuesday, ally Shiv Sena has now softened its stand on the issue. Party leader Sanjay Raut said the party has shared its concerns with the government.
"Its our PM and it's our government we have communicated the reservations to the ministers. We didn't boycott the NDA meet, some of our MPs were present. We have problems with certain clauses and we have shared the details," Raut said.
