The Punjab Congress expelled six partymen for six years from the Primary membership of the party.
New Delhi: The Congress in Punjab seems to be in it’s blues. After Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh's chopper made a landing right in the middle of opposition Shiromani Akali Dal rally on a wet Sunday, his party expelled six partymen on Monday.
The Punjab Congress expelled six partymen for six years from the Primary membership of the party for their anti-party activities in the campaign of Assembly Election, a party spokesman was quoted by news agency PTI as saying.
Those expelled by PPCC President Shamsher Singh Dullo are: Raja Singh, ex-MLA, Morinda, Murari Lal Tantar, Khizrabad, Kamal Kishore Sharma, Khizrabad, Inderjeet Singh Randhawa, Boothgarh and Gurdev Ghai, Ex-MC, Kurali.
