23. Ratangarh is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Churu Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Ratangarh falls in Churu district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,46,379 voters in the seat, which includes 1,29,092 male voters, and 1,17,287 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Ratangarh recorded a voter turnout of 74.21%. In 2013 the turnout was 75.43%, and in 2008 it was 65%.
In 2013, Raj Kumar Rinwa of BJP won the seat by a margin of 25,158 votes (16.13%). Raj Kumar Rinwa secured 55.96% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 17,851 votes (14.54%), registering 44.68% of the total votes polled.
